Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and HR operations.
  • Generate and validate monthly timesheets following the process attendance records.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate attendance reporting 
  • Review overtime monthly hours entered in the system and highlight discrepancies if any.
  • Manage visas, work permits, immigration processes, renewals, extensions, and cancellation in coordination with 3rd parties.
  • Process transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, and Ajeer.
  • Handle employment contracts and HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Arrange flight bookings, travel itineraries, and airline ticket reservations.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, or another related field.
  • 0-2 Years Experience.
  • Good Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
