Main Purpose:
Develop and implement plans and processes to ensure the optimum run of all administrative services within the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance and licensing of company vehicles, ensuring their optimum use
- Ensure the efficient use of all facilities and services
- Manage the selling of wasted materials
- Assist in preparing the annual budget
- Coordinate with external service providers (catering and transportation)
- Oversee purchasing orders for cleaning, uniforms, and buffet supplies
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 35 years in a similar field
- Languages: Good command of English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing)
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Intermediate)
Working Conditions:
- Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: 07:30 AM 04:00 PM
- Environment: 80% office work, 20% outdoors
