Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrator role based in Dubai. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining client records, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The role also involves providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring a smooth working environment to support business operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage team interactions and client relationships.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experienced in maintaining records, data entry, and preparing accurate reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
