Role Description

This full-time, on-site Office Administrator role is based in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the smooth functionality of office equipment. Additionally, the role entails supporting customer service efforts and maintaining effective communication within the office setting.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Experience in managing and operating Office Equipment efficiently
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
