This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrator, based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining records, coordinating between departments, and supporting organizational processes. Additional tasks include scheduling, managing correspondence, and optimizing administrative systems to improve efficiency.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in administrative support tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Experience in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Basic knowledge of data security and privacy policies is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
