Role Description

This is a full-time Admission Counselor role located on-site in Sanepa, Gusingal, Lalitpur. The Admission Counselor will manage prospective student outreach, provide detailed program information, and guide applicants through the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential students, responding to inquiries, conducting interviews, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to meet enrollment goals. The role involves fostering meaningful relationships with applicants to ensure their journey aligns with HSOR's mission and values.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service expertise to assist potential applicants professionally
• Sales skills to effectively promote HSOR's programs and benefits
• Experience or knowledge in Education to guide students on suitable opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
