Job Description AEM Architect (Real Estate / Middle East Experience)

10+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and large-scale implementations

Strong hands-on expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Dispatcher, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and AEM Cloud Service

Proven experience delivering Real Estate / Property / Facilities / Smart City digital platforms (preferred)

Prior Middle East project experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc.) with understanding of regional business workflows and compliance (highly desirable)

Architect and define end-to-end AEM solutions, including content models, templates, components, workflows, and multisite setups

Lead AEM platform design, performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices

Integrate AEM with CRM, ERP, Property Management Systems, GIS, Search, Analytics, and Marketing tools

Experience with Headless AEM, REST APIs, GraphQL, and front-end frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)

Design and govern multi-language (Arabic/English), multi-brand, and multi-tenant AEM architectures

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, and DevOps practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural governance

Ensure adherence to Adobe best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines

Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with clients, vendors, and senior leadership

Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign, or Commerce

• Exposure to PropTech platforms, leasing portals, investor portals, or smart building integrations
