Edoxi Training Institute is looking for an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver an upcoming Advanced macOS Enterprise Support program for one of our corporate clients.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Mode: Classroom

Duration: 5 Days

Dates: 15th 19th December 2025

Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Trainer Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, hands-on training aligned with the official course outline.

Prepare training materials, labs, and activities beforehand.

Provide real-world enterprise scenarios and advanced troubleshooting.

Ensure participant engagement through interactive and practical learning.

Submit attendance and feedback reports at the end of the training.

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and formal attire throughout the sessions.

Requirements

Strong expertise in macOS Enterprise Support & Administration.

Advanced hands-on experience with:

MDM tools: Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune

Enterprise deployment & automation

Security frameworks: Gatekeeper, SIP, TCC, FileVault

Shell scripting & automation workflows

Ability to troubleshoot complex macOS hardware, network, and system issues.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Apple certifications such as:

ACSP Apple Certified Support Professional

ACMT Apple Certified Mac Technician

ACTC / Apple Device Management certifications

Minimum 57 years of experience in macOS enterprise administration or support.

Experience delivering corporate IT training or technical workshops.
