Advocate Lawyer - UAE NATIONAL ONLY

We are currently seeking to hire a licensed Advocate to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters, representing clients before UAE courts, and contributing to the development and management of ongoing legal cases across a range of civil and commercial disputes.

The role requires a professional with strong advocacy skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a solid understanding of UAE legal procedures and court practices.

Requirements:

• UAE National (as required by the UAE Ministry of Justice regulations)
• Registered with the UAE Ministry of Justice as a licensed Advocate
• Licensed with full rights of audience before UAE courts
• Proven experience in litigation and court representation
• Ability to prepare and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and court submissions
• Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures and dispute resolution processes
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and drafting skills
• Ability to work professionally with clients and manage legal matters with attention to detail
