About the Role:
Talent 360 is seeking a full-time, onsite Sales Engineer to join one of our client's team at Nasr City.
This role is ideal for someone who understands water infrastructure systems - such as pumping stations, pipelines, treatment plants, and control systems and enjoys building relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the industry
Technical Sales: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring proposed solutions meet performance, budget, and regulatory requirements.
Project Support: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with water utilities, municipal authorities, consultants, and contractors.
Product Knowledge: Stay current on company offerings and industry technologies, including pumps, valves, control systems, and treatment equipment.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Presentations & Tendering: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
After-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams and assist clients with technical queries post-sale.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 3-10 years of experience in architectural or engineering practice.
4-7 years of experience as B2B ACE Software Sales Engineer.
Understanding of software licensing models, subscription services, and enterprise agreements
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodology training.
Autodesk Software Proficiency from advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills to Civil 3D basics, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma.
Must have a solid grasp of BIM principles to deliver smarter, more efficient design workflows.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Background in client facing roles with strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Location: Nasr City near Serag Mall
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
Friday and Saturday off
