Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished
Aesthetic Dermatologist with strong clinical judgment, refined aesthetic sense, and proven experience in premium practice environments. The successful candidate will deliver advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments aligned with international standards, while maintaining the highest levels of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction expected in top-tier healthcare institutions.
This role is ideal for dermatologists accustomed to
luxury healthcare settings, structured clinical governance, and discerning patients.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic & Clinical Practice- Deliver advanced non-surgical aesthetic dermatology procedures, including:
- Botulinum toxin injections
- Dermal fillers (facial contouring, lips, tear trough, jawline)
- Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging protocols
- PRP and regenerative dermatology treatments
- Laser and energy-based procedures (if credentialed)
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure natural, safe, and evidence-based aesthetic outcomes.
- Maintain high clinical throughput without compromising quality or patient care.
Patient Experience & Governance
- Uphold exceptional standards of patient communication, consent, and aftercare.
- Maintain meticulous medical records in line with Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations.
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety protocols, and ethical medical practice.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance, and peer collaboration as required by Tier-1 hospital standards.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with aesthetic nurses, laser technicians, and allied healthcare staff.
- Contribute to the institution's reputation for excellence, discretion, and trust.
- Remain current with global trends and innovations in aesthetic dermatology.
Required Qualifications
Education & Training
- Medical Degree with formal specialization in Dermatology.
- Advanced training and certification in aesthetic dermatology procedures.
Licensing
- Valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) license as a Dermatology Consultant or Specialist (mandatory).
- Candidates eligible for license transfer or upgrade may be considered.
Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in aesthetic dermatology within premium clinics or Tier-1 hospitals.
- Strong background in injectables and non-surgical facial aesthetics.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing high-expectation clientele is essential.
