This is a full-time, remote Affiliate Manager - Prop Trading role. The Affiliate Manager will oversee affiliate marketing programs, establish and nurture new affiliate partnerships, and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution of affiliate campaigns.

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Communication
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in Performance Analysis and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Marketing Platforms, Analytical Tools, and Campaign Optimization
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting goals and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Prop Trading or related financial industries is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are highly desirable
