We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to design, launch, and scale a comprehensive affiliate and referral marketing ecosystem. This role will focus on turning customers, partners, and introducers into long-term brand advocates across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, performance marketing, and trust-based referral systems, with the ability to build scalable frameworks from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a full affiliate marketing system, including commission structures, onboarding flows, and tracking dashboards
- Select, integrate, and manage affiliate platforms or custom solutions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates such as influencers, customers, promoters, and introducers
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and legal teams to develop affiliate materials, contracts, and training content
- Build multi-tier incentive and loyalty structures to drive sustained engagement
- Track performance metrics, optimize conversions, and scale high-performing channels
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, or community-led growth
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, investment, or acquisition-focused businesses
- Strong understanding of affiliate tools, tracking systems, and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Persian is an advantage)
