We are a fast-growing online forex broker looking for an Affiliate Marketing Team Lead to build, launch, and scale our affiliate program. ou will own the full cycle: strategy, partner acquisition, day‑to‑day management, analytics, and continuous optimization of traffic quality, FTDs, and ROI, with a strong focus on data‑driven decisions.
Note. This role requires openness to relocate to Dubai on a later stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the digital affiliate strategy to hit targets for traffic, leads, first‑time deposits, and revenue.
- Set up the affiliate program on in‑house tracking or third‑party platforms: tracking links, postbacks, commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid), promo materials, and program terms.
- Recruit new digital affiliates through proactive outreach and networks.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their main contact.
- Execuite affiliate campaigns and offers (bonuses, promotions, special landing pages) tailored to different partner types and GEOs.
- Analyze performance at partner, campaign and traffic‑source level (clicks, leads, FTDs, revenue, eCPA, ROI, LTV) and optimize deals, placements, and creatives.
- Build dashboards and regular reports for the affiliate channel, using Excel/Sheets and our BI stack.
- Work with design and content to supply affiliates with localized, tested creatives (banners, pre‑landers, review pages, email creatives, social assets) and keep materials up to date.
- Coordinate with paid media, SEO, and CRM teams to avoid cannibalization, align messaging, and share insights on what works by geo and audience.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand, regulatory, and advertising policies for forex/CFDs, including monitoring partners for misleading claims, restricted channels, brand‑bidding, or non‑compliant content.
- Implement program processes (approval flows, QAs, payment cycles, communication routines).
- Stay on top of affiliate and performance marketing trends, competitor programs and new traffic sources.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partner marketing in forex, trading, crypto, or other high‑performance verticals.
- Track record of launching or scaling affiliate programs and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid), tracking concepts (postbacks, pixels, UTMs, attribution windows), and key quality metrics.
- Solid Excel skills; comfortable slicing data and building partner‑level P&Ls
- Experience with affiliate networks and in‑house tracking platforms; able to configure offers, caps, and reporting.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, social, email) and how affiliates use them to drive traffic.
- High ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and readiness to be fully accountable for the affiliate channel metrics.
- Openness to relocate to Dubai on a later stage.

- A growing base of active digital affiliates generating high‑quality, compliant traffic and FTDs at or below target CAC.
