Position Summary
- To be accountable for the achievement of the local affiliate, Cluster and Corporate objectives.
- In collaboration with the affiliate RA & Quality Manager, to provide Quality oversight of operations in the affiliate, including the deployment of an appropriate Quality Management System.
- To provide Quality Operations to the local affiliate in order to help the market(s) achieve their revenue and growth targets.
- Affiliate Quality Operations
- Ensure that customers are provided with good quality products, in due time, at the expected cost and compliant with product registrations.
- Ensure that there is a consistent Quality Culture throughout the business operations.
- Ensure that all Quality aspects of Supply Chain and Logistics processes are met, including product release.
- Support in achieving compliance of the local affiliate with applicable requirements for all applicable GxP areas and all quality aspects.
- Assure repackaging operations are in accordance with corporate standards and local regulations, including local GMP standards, if applicable.
Assure qualification and approval of suppliers and customers
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary or Chemistry.
* 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Highly organised, methodical with good attention to details.
* Ability to multi-task and to work to demanding timelines.
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
