After-Sales Engineer RMU & MV Switchgear
We are looking for a motivated After-Sales Engineer to join our Customer Service team. The role focuses on providing technical after-sales support for RMU, MV Switchgear, and metering systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RMU and MV Switchgear.
- Perform maintenance, modification, and repair activities based on site requirements.
- Prepare red-line / mark-up drawings and support final as-built documentation.
- Support Head-End System (HES) integration with utility management platforms.
- Perform firmware updates and troubleshoot communication networks.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after product delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and technicians on system operation and maintenance.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure after-sales activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment during field and workshop activities.
- Stay updated on industry technologies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh or early-career experience in after-sales service is preferred.
- Experience with NB-IoT, IoT, 2G, or 4G communication technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing metering hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Head-End Systems (HES).
- Willingness to work in field, office, and repair environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
