Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic After sales services specialist to join our growing team at Enarat located in Heliopolis with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Gather feedback from customers or products/services and communicate this feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Address and resolve any product or service complaints, ensuring that solutions are timely and satisfactory.

Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring that the company policies are followed and customer expectations are met.

Generate reports on after-sales metrics. Including customer satisfaction, return rates, and common issues or complaints.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, and potentially provide training to other staff on after-sales processes and best practices.

Work closely with sales, marketing, field operations, accounts, and product teams to ensure alignment in customer messaging and to share feedback.

Work towards improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is a must.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.

Must be well versed with MS Office and must have worked in an ERP environment.

Previous experience of after sales support, customer care, or related role.
