The Service engineer responsibility is to implement the field service activities in close partnership with stakeholders and to perform site services fulfilling contract's/warranty's requirements.
Responsibilities: -
- Implement onsite /remote operation maintenance , monitoring, troubleshooting of equipment and run field tests.
- Executes inspection, commissioning & start-up field visits and services activities
- Contributes to the quality management of services contracts (non-conformities, modification monitoring).
- Define the root cause for each claim and organize the support information for reports to be submitted to internal & external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the management of the site documentation.
Requirements: -
- From 1-3 years of experience in field maintenance preferably in a water solutions industry.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Owning a car is a plus.
- Customer focused: You keep the customer front of mind, can nurture and build a positive relationship.
- Flexible: ease with mobile working nature & can manage changing priorities.
- Organized: you set the base and priorities within time frame.
- Communicator can easily build rapport and run an effective & positive dialog.
