Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal utilization of service center facilities and resources.
- Achieve budgeted targets including net sales, gross margin, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and new revenue streams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the aftersales team to drive performance excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Customer Experience & Quality Control
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular service audits.
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance service standards.
Inventory & Technical Oversight
- Manage spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service teams for complex repairs and diagnostics.
Revenue & Compliance
- Drive revenue through service packages, maintenance plans, and value-added offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of multi-brand aftersales management experience in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of service operations, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and profitability.
