Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager (Consulting) with strong expertise in large-scale Aftersales project management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Consultant on strategic engagements across GCC, the UK, and Turkey. This role offers exposure to diverse markets, high-impact programmes, and transformation initiatives delivered alongside OEMs and dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Consultant in collecting, analysing, and synthesising data to produce compelling insights across service, parts, bodyshop, accident/insurance management, and wholesale operations.
- Conduct industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and market assessments.
- Interview and engage senior stakeholders across OEMs, Dealer Groups, and distribution networks.
- Perform root-cause analysis on complex Aftersales challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
- Assist in reviewing, designing, and implementing OEM Aftersales Standards, KPIs, processes, and network operating models.
- Support initiatives to enhance service operations efficiency, parts management, and bodyshop performance.
- Conduct dealer visits, performance reviews, and prepare strategic and operational improvement plans.
- Review Voice of Customer (VoC) data to identify gaps and propose measures to elevate customer experience.
- Assist with warranty audits, service marketing activities, and Aftersales network development frameworks.
- Develop consulting reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting performance trends and operational gaps.
Qualifications & Experience
- 510 years of automotive Aftersales experience in the Middle East with exposure to both OEM and dealer environments.
- Strong background in service operations, parts management, bodyshop development, and logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance/repair processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in hybrid work environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to occasional non-standard work hours during project delivery phases.
