Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage relationships with insurance agents to drive business growth and meet strategic goals. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing training and support to ensure agent performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with the regional management team and maintain effective communication to align with organizational objectives.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM and other business tools
