Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency/Team Manager at Continental Insurance & Financial Services in Abu Dhabi. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of agents, setting targets and objectives, monitoring team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.
