Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide VIP treatment to business-class passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs and preferences ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for Business class passengers from arrival to departure, and enhancing their overall travel experience, and meets and assists Business class passengers at all touch points, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for Business class passengers from arrival to departure, transferring and enhancing their overall travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcomes business-class passengers upon their arrival at the airport and assist them with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and any special requests or requirements.
  • Provides personalized services to business-class passengers through security checkpoints, immigration, and to the Business class lounges / departure gates.
  • Offers assistance and support to passengers throughout their airport journey, including providing information on flight schedules, airport facilities, and amenities.
  • Meets and assists Business class passengers at all touch points and ensures that all their requirements are prioritized.
  • Addresses and escalates any issues or concerns raised by passengers promptly.
  • Liases with airport staff and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate services and ensures a smooth transition for business-class passengers.
  • Adheres to all safety and security protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being and security of passengers at all times.
  • Maintains accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback, and any incidents or issues encountered during duty hours.
  • Provides support by effectively executing assigned tasks or responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree (2 years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Microsoft Office
  • Years with qualifications: 0 - 2 years

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
