Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo for sales agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. You will evaluate client needs, provide market insights, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, especially within the sale property segment.

Job Title: Senior Property Consultant (Primary)

Job Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a significant and verified focus on the Primary market.
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of current market trends, property valuation, and sales legal processes.
• Skills: Superior negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives, achieve high-level targets, and potentially mentor junior colleagues.
