Dwelleo is transforming real estate services through technology and automation.We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous systems that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and scale our services efficiently.

About the Role
As an Agentic AI Engineer at Dwelleo, you will:
- Develop AI-driven agents for operational and customer-facing real estate workflows.
- Integrate LLMs and AI agents with internal systems, APIs, and databases.
- Build orchestration logic for multi-step, multi-agent workflows.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and safe behavior of AI agents in production.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Continuously improve agent performance using metrics and real usage data.
- You will be a key contributor in turning strategic AI initiatives into production-ready systems that impact real users and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain agentic AI workflows across Dwelleo systems.
- Integrate AI agents with multiple APIs, tools, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to ensure smooth deployment.
- Define and track performance metrics, success KPIs, and operational reliability.
- Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively improve agents.
- Maintain proper documentation for workflows, APIs, and agent behavior.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI systems in production.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or autonomous AI systems.
- Experience building multi-step AI workflows or autonomous agents.
- Strong Python skills and experience with backend integration.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment.
- Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and other services.
- Experience delivering 35 production AI projects with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in proptech, marketplaces, or operational automation.
- Familiarity with tool calling and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and safe agent behavior.
