Profile Middle East is seeking a highly skilled AI & Automation Specialist to lead our internal digital transformation initiatives. This is a strategic, in-house position based at our Abu Dhabi headquarters, focused on the orchestration of AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency across our global industrial activities.
This role is designed for a process-oriented specialist who excels in LOW-CODE/NO-CODE ECOSYSTEMS AND AI INTEGRATION, rather than traditional software development.
Key Objectives:
- Operational Excellence: Conduct comprehensive audits of internal departmental processes to identify and execute automation opportunities. At the same time gather the needs and requests
- Systems Orchestration: Design, implement, and manage complex automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and GPT-driven architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical bridge between operational departments and AI capabilities, translating business requirements into scalable automated solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all internal AI agents and automated systems.
Professional Qualifications:
- Proven track record in building and maintaining AI-driven automation workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in AI orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Make) and API integrations.
- Exceptional logical reasoning and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Full-time residency or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Assets:
- Prior experience within the Industrial, Engineering, or Energy sectors.
- Fluency in Italian is considered a significant advantage.
