Job Description
Job Summary:
Drive new business growth, expand existing accounts, and lead strategic pursuits across the AI/GenAI and compute portfolio. This role focuses on building strong pipelines, orchestrating complex solution sales, and ensuring successful closure of high-value enterprise deals.
Accountability & Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and qualify new opportunities across AI/GenAI, compute, and infrastructure portfolios.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solution positioning, value articulation, and negotiation.
Build strong relationships with enterprise customers in FSI, Government, Telco, and Large Enterprise sectors.
Collaborate with technical architects to align customer requirements with proposed solutions.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and Bill of Materials (BoM) validation.
Drive partner co-sell motions with major technology vendors (NVIDIA, Dell, VMware, etc.).
Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for demand generation activities.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Ensure positive customer experience, retention, and post-sales account growth.
Requirements
1 Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
510 years of experience in enterprise solution sales.
Proven success in complex, high-value B2B technology selling
2 Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, compute, and infrastructure solutions.
Ability to map customer problems to technical solutions and validate BoM accuracy.
Experience leading proposal development and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation, closing, and value-selling capabilities.
Familiarity with partner co-sell models with global vendors.
