We are looking for a hands-on Content & Growth Specialist who loves execution, moves fast, and leverages AI tools to multiply their output.
This is NOT a strategy-only role. We don't need a manager to oversee agencies. We need a builder who writes, creates, and ships content daily.
What You Will Do
- Create & Ship: Produce weekly content for LinkedIn and scripts for short-form video (Reels/Shorts).
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up copywriting, research, and workflows.
- Coordinate: Manage briefs for external editors/designers to ensure they deliver quality on time.
- Grow: Execute organic growth tactics (SEO basics, GEO, community engagement, newsletter).
- Report: Track what we ship and the results it brings.

- You are a Doer: You prefer publishing 3 posts today over planning a strategy for 3 weeks.
- You are AI-Native: You know how to prompt AI to get 80% of the work done instantly.
- You are Organized: You can handle a content calendar and keep deadlines.
