Purpose of the Role

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Your focus will be on building innovative AI use cases and prototypes including cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that unlock new value streams for the company. You will be part of a team driving AI initiatives across our 29+ markets, playing a key role in experimenting with emerging technologies and scaling successful proofs-of-concept into production solutions. We follow a SAFe Agile model, so you'll work within a product-centric team to quickly iterate on ideas, using Azure DevOps to manage your work and ensure continuous integration of new AI capabilities.

In this role, you will contribute to analytics and AI initiatives across multiple functional areas of the business, including RoutetoMarket, Supply Chain & Planning, People & Culture, Revenue Growth Management & Finance, and Digital Commerce. These areas span a diverse portfolio of use cases, from customer and market segmentation, pricing and promotion optimization, and digital personalization, to forecasting, optimization, automation, and workforce analytics. Working with rich, largescale datasets, you will help translate complex business and operational data into scalable, productionready analytics and AI solutions that support decisionmaking, improve execution, and drive measurable business impact across markets. The exact functional focus will depend on business priorities, product roadmaps, and team needs, ensuring exposure to a broad range of highimpact problems rather than a single, siloed domain

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into large and complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Develop reliable ETL pipelines & contribute to the architecture to support the application of generative AI models
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems, alongside generative AI models.
• Spearhead the development of pilot solutions and support the lifecycle of the product.
• Ability to clearly articulate findings and insights to technical & non-technical audiences
• Collaborate extensively with business, technical and cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Work with Agile/SAFe delivery models and respective ways of working.
• Stay up to date with AI/ML advancements and share knowledge with the team.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data science or AI development
• Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to communicate across on a day to day basis. Participation in innovation days & hackathons is considered a plus.
• Problem solving skills, strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Python, Pyspark and SQL.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and generative AI techniques.
• Experience with production-ready AI deployments
• Experience working with big-data-tools. Azure Databricks is a plus.
• Experience working with big data & AI tools (MS Foundry, Fabric IQ, Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Power Automate). Azure Databricks is a strong plus.
• Experience in Consumer Product Goods domain is considered a plus.
