Job Description
- Lead and manage AI adoption, overseeing enterprise wide AI delivery.
- Drive Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the organisation.
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver high value AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
- Define and evaluate AI architecture frameworks, orchestration models, and governance standards.
- Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise data platforms, security requirements, and scalability principles.
- Act as the primary AI interface for business stakeholders across all BUs.
- Evaluate and challenge third-party vendor AI approaches and architectural models.
- Collaborate closely with Governance, Data , and Analytics to ensure integrated execution.
- Uplift internal AI capability and embed structured adoption across the business.
- Provide clarity on AI methodology, lifecycle management, and multi-agent orchestration models where relevant.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong technical foundation in AI with experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Ability to articulate foundational AI architecture, governance frameworks, and scalability considerations.
- Platform agnostic exposure (Microsoft ecosystem, AWS environments, OpenAI or equivalent).
- Experience leading AI or advanced automation initiatives across complex set ups.
- Proven capability managing technical teams and driving structured delivery.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data environments and integration points (e.g., data platforms, analytics layers).
- Core understanding of automation frameworks and RPA concepts (Power Platform exposure).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
- Collaborative leadership style with experience operating within cross-functional team.
