Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable AI Full Stack Engineer to design and build intelligent, AI-driven applications within the cybersecurity and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in LLMs / Generative AI, full stack development, and building scalable AI solutions. You will work on developing AI tools that automate risk analysis, compliance processes, and enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Build end-to-end full stack solutions (backend APIs + frontend UI)
- Develop AI-based tools and assistants for:
- Risk analysis and scoring
- Compliance and regulatory automation
- Policy and document processing
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent data handling
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, cloud platforms)
- Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)
- Build interactive frontend applications using React / modern frameworks
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years of overall software engineering experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI / LLM / Generative AI development
Strong expertise in:
- Python (mandatory)
- API development (FastAPI / Flask)
- Frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
Hands-on experience with:
- LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar frameworks
Experience building:
- AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs, microservices architecture
- SQL / NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to Cybersecurity / Risk / Compliance (GRC) domains
- Experience with GRC tools or compliance workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with workflow automation or low-code/no-code platforms
- Arabic language proficiency
