AI Innovation Specialist - Cybersecurity

Location: On-site, Abu Dhabi

We're working with a technology organisation in the cybersecurity space that's scaling its use of applied AI across customer-facing platforms. This role focuses on turning complex security challenges into practical, production-ready intelligence embedded directly into live systems.

This is not a pure ML role. You'll assess and apply the most appropriate techniques for each problem, spanning data-driven logic, automation, hybrid AI systems, and modern language models, with a strong emphasis on reliability, explainability, and real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across security platforms (detection, investigation, risk, automation).
• Design and prototype applied intelligence solutions and support their transition into production.
• Influence safe, explainable, and responsible AI use within security-critical products.
• Communicate AI capabilities and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Experience applying AI-driven systems in complex, data-rich environments.
• Strong software and data foundations (Python expected).
• Understanding of cybersecurity or security-adjacent domains.
• Experience in product-led, R&D, or innovation-focused environments.
