Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven AI Marketing Automation & Lead Generation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and streamlining marketing workflows through data-driven strategies and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI-driven lead generation strategies across digital platforms
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations)
- Use AI tools for audience segmentation, personalization, and predictive targeting
- Generate leads through paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic channels
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths using A/B testing
- Implement and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Automate lead nurturing sequences and follow-up campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights using analytics tools
- Integrate AI tools such as Chatbots, GPT-based content systems, and automation platforms
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing / marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- HubSpot / Zoho CRM / Salesforce
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI tools in marketing (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.)
- Experience in lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-based marketing tools (Zapier, Make, ManyChat, etc.)
- Familiarity with real estate / B2B lead generation (if applicable)
- Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, or no-code tools
- Experience in chatbot automation and conversational marketing
