Job Summary:

We seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce operations, product listings, digital marketing, and online customer engagement, with proven success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, and company website).

* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns, offers, and digital content.

* Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.

* Ensure product information accuracy and timely updates.

* Handle online customer inquiries, returns, and feedback efficiently.

* Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* UAE experience: Minimum 2–4 years (mandatory 5–7 years total experience).

* Proven track record in managing e-commerce portals (Amazon, Noon, etc.).

* Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
