Job Description


Job Title: AI/ML Data Analyst (B2B Analytics & Forecasting)
Experience: 2 to 3 years (preferably in B2B environment)
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science or similar.

Skills Required:
Python for ML basics, data transformations, feature engineering, forecasting workflows, and model validation
Power BI for analytical dashboards, KPIs, and insight storytelling
SQL for commercial analytics, customer patterns, scoring logic, and demand insights
Excel for structured reporting, lookups, data transformation, and analytical support
Familiarity with ML fundamentals such as model training, evaluation metrics, feature building, and prediction pipelines
Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or warehouse level analytics is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Build Python based ML workflows for demand forecasting, classification, and probability based SKU models
Perform feature engineering for seasonal, weekly, and warehouse specific demand behavior
Validate predictions using metrics such as MAE, WAPE, and precision scoring
Analyze demand patterns by region, warehouse, customer cohorts, and product hierarchies using Python and SQL
Build commercial dashboards in Power BI for leadership teams
Maintain accurate mapping between product hierarchy, warehouses, sales reps, and model outputs
Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to translate ML insights into business rules and allocations

Provide SKU level explainability and structured insight summaries for decision making
Support incremental data strategies and ensure commercial analytics accuracy in model pipelines
Soft Skills Required:
Strong business acumen to understand and interpret commercial impact in B2B analytics
Critical thinking for structured problem solving, forecasting logic improvements, and pattern identification
Excellent attention to detail to ensure precision in analytical outputs, data transformations, and dashboards
