We are seeking an AI Portfolio Manager to support the strategic planning, prioritization, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, business planning, and delivery oversight, ensuring AI investments are aligned with organizational goals, value realization, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and maintain the AI portfolio roadmap, aligning initiatives with business strategy and national digital transformation objectives.
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
- Work closely with AI, data, engineering, and business teams to translate ideas into structured AI initiatives, POCs, and scalable programs.
- Track AI initiatives across the lifecycle: ideation → POC → production → value realization.
- Develop portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports covering progress, benefits, risks, and dependencies.
- Support AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, including data privacy and regulatory alignment.
- Contribute to business cases, funding models, and investment planning for AI programs.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Data, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI planning, digital portfolio management, technology strategy, or PMO‑style roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI lifecycle, and enterprise AI delivery models.
- Experience with portfolio planning, prioritization frameworks, and benefits realization.
- Proven ability to work across business, AI, and engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and data privacy (PDPL / GDPR).
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or product‑led delivery models.
- Experience using portfolio tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
