Job Title: AI Product Manager (Technical) - Native Arabic Speaker
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
AI Product Manager with a solid technical foundation to lead AI product strategy, execution, and rapid prototyping. In this role, you will work across product, engineering, and business teams to define vision, deliver impactful AI-driven solutions, and quickly craft Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate ideas.
This position requires a
native Arabic speaker who can navigate both technical and business discussions fluently, manage diverse tasks, and adapt to high-paced, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and features
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Rapidly build and iterate quick POCs to validate ideas before full-scale development
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product plans
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Work closely with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines, transparency, and data privacy standards
- Act as the bridge between Arabic-speaking clients and technical teams for clarity and precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency
- 3+ years in product management, preferably in AI, ML, or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model evaluation, and deployment
- Proven ability to deliver quick technical prototypes (e.g., using Python, APIs, cloud AI services)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, or speech-to-text solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, Groq, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services, or MLFlow
- Preferred: Ability to leverage AI tools to rapidly build working prototypes
- Background in UX for AI or human-in-the-loop systems
- Experience in B2B and B2C AI product delivery
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience
