Dwelleo is a technology-driven real estate company leveraging automation and
AI to scale modern real estate services. We are looking for an AI Product
Owner to own the delivery of AI-powered products and workflows, working
closely with engineering, data, and operations teams.

execution-focused and delivery-oriented,
closer to a Product
Owner than a traditional Product Manager, with strong ownership of backlogs,
priorities, and outcomes for AI-driven systems.
About The Role
As an AI Product Owner at
Dwelleo, you will be responsible for t
ranslating real
operational and business problems into clear, actionable requirements for AI
systems, including LLM-based and agentic solutions.
You will
own the backlog for AI initiatives, work day-to-day with engineers
building AI agents and backend systems, and ensure that AI products are
reliable, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the AI product backlog using Atlassian Jira.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for AI-driven features.
- Work daily with AI engineers, backend engineers, and frontend developers.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate operational workflows into AI-augmented or automated solutions.
- Balance experimentation with delivery, reliability, and scalability.
- Define and track success metrics for AI features and workflows.
- Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and AI/engineering teams.
AI & Technical Scope
You are not expected to build models, but you should be comfortable:
- Understanding LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Discussing how AI agents interact with APIs, tools, and data sources.
- Defining non-functional requirements such as reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
- Reviewing AI solution proposals and challenging assumptions with engineers.
- Communicating AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech environment.
- 2+ years owning or delivering AI-powered or data-driven products.
- Hands-on experience managing backlogs in Jira (Atlassian stack).
- Direct experience working with AI engineers and backend/frontend developers.
- Track record of managing 200+ backlog items or tickets annually.
- Experience delivering in 2-week sprint cycles across multiple quarters.
- Experience supporting products used by 1,000+ users or powering core operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills across technical, business, and operational teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, automation platforms, or agentic AI systems.
- Background in proptech, marketplaces, or operational platforms.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
