Job Summary
Drive AI software adoption in the Banking & Financial Services sector by identifying client needs, positioning AI solutions, and supporting enterprise adoption for fraud detection, customer insights, risk analytics, and process automation.
Accountability & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue AI software opportunities with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Engage with IT, risk, compliance, and digital banking stakeholders.
- Present AI solutions for fraud detection, risk analytics, credit scoring, and automation.
- Support full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with AI technical and presales teams for tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report sales forecasts and pipeline.
- Stay updated on AI trends and competitive solutions in financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 36 years in B2B technology/software sales.
- Familiarity with banking, fintech, or insurance operations is an advantage.
- Experience with AI, analytics, or enterprise software solutions preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
