Your Impact
As an AI Solutions Consultant (Presales), you will be the trusted AI advisor for our customers across the Middle East. You'll partner closely with sales, customers, and R&D to position AI solutions, shape use cases, and influence how enterprises adopt AI at scale.
This is not a pure engineering role. It's ideal for someone with a strong AI mindset and consultative DNA someone who can clearly explain AI value, not just how it works.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI discovery sessions to understand customer business and technical needs
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities within customer workflows and industry challenges
- Design and position AI-driven solutions and use cases aligned to customer goals
- Deliver executive workshops, demos, and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Own the technical and advisory input for RFPs/RFIs
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technical leaders
- Partner with R&D to influence product roadmap based on field insight
- Support account teams with technical strategy and deal execution
- Ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery teams
Who We're Looking For
Strong AI Mindset
You should bring:
- Solid understanding of AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, Data & Analytics
- Ability to clearly translate AI into business value
- Awareness of AI market trends, vendor landscape, and innovation
- Experience working with AI-driven platforms, products, or data solutions
Your Background One of These Paths
1. Consultative Presales / Solutions Consulting
- Customer-facing technical or advisory roles
- Strong at discovery, solution mapping, storytelling, and value positioning
2. Industry Practitioner (Strong Advantage If From):
- Telecommunications
- Financial Services (FSI / Banking / Insurance)
- Government / Public Sector
Experience with AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation is a major plus.
3. Management Consulting
Experience in firms such as: Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BCG, or similar, particularly in:
- AI strategy
- Data transformation
- Digital operating models
- Process optimization
Helpful Technical Exposure (Not All Mandatory)
- Data science and analytics workflows
- Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, Node.js a plus)
- Cloud architectures & REST APIs
- SQL, databases & data warehousing
- Big data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark an advantage)
- Exposure to OpenText AAI platforms is a plus
Education
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Strong equivalent industry experience will also be considered
Travel
- Open to up to 50% travel across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
