AI Strategy & Deployment
- Design and deliver AI/ML models that solve real business challenges.
Turn workflows (finance, contracts, bids, procurement, QHSE) into automated, intelligent systems.
- Build and maintain a unified price quotation database to compare past and current bids, giving us sharper, data-driven insights.
- Centralize company data into a single hub to unlock trend analysis and smarter decision-making across all divisions.
Bids, Contracts & Business Development
- Work closely with Bids and Contracts teams to unify quotations and ensure every submission is competitive and consistent.
- Use predictive analytics to boost accuracy and give us an edge in tenders.
- Support leadership in shaping smarter pricing strategies with AI-driven insights.
Data, Risk & Compliance
- Use AI for smarter forecasting, risk assessments, and performance tracking.
- Apply AI tools to review contracts, flag risks, and recommend improvements.
- Champion safe, secure, and ethical use of AI across the organization.
Training & Workforce Development
- Train colleagues to confidently and responsibly use AI tools.
- Make AI approachable, showing its opportunities while addressing its limits.
- Help us grow a more diverse workforce, with a preference for female leaders in tech.
Innovation & R&D
- Lead exciting R&D initiatives exploring NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and more.
- Run year-round research programs designed to deliver measurable KPIs in areas such as cost savings, meal planning and enhancement, and innovative facilities management methodologies.
- Develop and test new approaches that elevate service quality while ensuring strict cost control.
- Encourage creative AI applications that improve workflows, customer experiences, and operational excellence.
- Run fun, inspiring initiatives like AI hackathons and pilot projects to spark innovation.
