Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for an Air and Ocean Export Supervisor. The Air and Ocean Export Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing air and ocean export operations, ensuring the timely and smooth shipment of goods. Daily responsibilities include monitoring logistics activities, coordinating with clients, freight carriers, and customs agents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves managing team tasks, troubleshooting logistics challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Air and Ocean Export processes, freight forwarding, and logistics management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills with experience supervising teams.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or a similar industry is preferred.
