Your Role: Where Safety Meets Hospitality
Every flight is a chance to make a difference. As Cabin Crew, you're not just serving passengers—you're creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Air Arabia's commitment to accessible air travel. Your day begins long before takeoff, with careful preparation and a thorough briefing to ensure you're ready for whatever the journey brings.
From the moment passengers step onboard, you become their guide, their support, and their reassurance. You'll demonstrate safety procedures with clarity and confidence, attend to individual needs with genuine care, and handle any situation—whether a nervous flyer or a medical concern—with professionalism and composure. You'll also contribute to our onboard sales, helping passengers discover our meals and products while supporting our Charity Cloud program.
Behind the scenes, you'll conduct pre-flight checks, coordinate with catering and cleaning teams during transits, and ensure every detail is in place for a smooth journey. After landing, your careful reporting and handovers help us continuously improve. When needed, you may also step into the Cabin Supervisor role, leading the team with the same dedication and poise.
What You'll Bring to the Team
We're Looking For Individuals Who Combine a Genuine Passion For Service With The Focus And Resilience To Handle The Demands Of Life In The Skies. To Be Considered, You'll Need
- A Higher Secondary Certificate (diploma or equivalent); a background in Travel or Tourism is a plus
- First Aid training and knowledge of Safety & Emergency Procedures—highly valued
- Strong overall health, fit to fly with no serious medical conditions
- A naturally friendly, cheerful presence that shines even under pressure
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to truly listen and respond to passenger needs
- The poise to handle difficult situations or upset passengers while protecting our brand
- Sharp focus and good judgment, able to spot irregularities and respond calmly to emergencies
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine love for teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage, depending on Air Arabia's current needs)
Experience & Flexibility
- Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply—this could be your first step into aviation
- Previous cabin crew experience or customer service roles in aviation, hospitality, or tourism are an added advantage
- An active cabin crew license is a plus
- You must be comfortable working shifts, extended hours, and adapting to a busy, ever-changing schedule
- You should demonstrate the ability to meet and contribute to our KPIs and operational goals
