Role Description
Memphis Tours is currently looking for a professional Air Ticketing Agent to join our Cairo office. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience using Galileo GDS and solid knowledge of airline ticketing operations.
Responsibilities
Handling flight reservations and ticket issuance using Galileo GDS
Managing ticket reissues, refunds and itinerary changes
Checking fare rules and airline policies
Assisting customers with flight bookings and travel inquiries
Ensuring accuracy in ticketing transactions and reservations
Coordinating with airlines when needed for ticketing support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Air Ticketing Agent
Strong hands-on experience using Galileo GDS (Mandatory)
Experience in issuing, reissuing and refunding airline tickets
Previous experience working in a travel agency
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage reservations and ticket sales efficiently
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in airline reservation systems is a strong advantage
Background in travel or aviation industry is preferred
