As part of our continued expansion into digital asset ecosystems, we are seeking an experienced Airdrop Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Web3 airdrop and incentive distribution programs. This is a non-technical, operations-focused role, responsible for ensuring accurate eligibility validation, operational readiness, and successful execution of token distributions.
This role is focused on operational management and execution and does not involve software development or engineering responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the operational execution of token airdrops and incentive distributions.
- Oversee eligibility validation processes, including participant review and allocation verification.
- Manage allowlists, eligibility records, and distribution tracking to ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate internal workflows related to airdrop preparation, execution, and post-distribution reconciliation.
- Monitor wallet activity and distribution status to ensure operational accuracy.
- Maintain accurate operational records of allocations, distributions, and participant data.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to airdrop execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines, processes, and operational standards are met.
- Support ongoing improvement of airdrop operational procedures and workflows.
- Ensure operational integrity, accuracy, and transparency throughout the distribution process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 operations roles.
- Direct experience supporting or managing airdrops, rewards programs, or token distribution processes.
- Active personal experience using cryptocurrency wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet, or hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor, or similar).
- Strong understanding of wallet activity, token transfers, and airdrop eligibility mechanisms.
- Ability to review blockchain transactions and verify wallet activity using blockchain explorers.
- Experience managing operational data using spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
