Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for an Airline Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, providing assistance with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and travel inquiries. You will handle customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticket pricing, and policies. The position requires delivering exceptional service while addressing customer needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address customer needs and manage inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to manage customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate processing of reservations and handling transaction records.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn airline-specific ticketing and reservation systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
