Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for an Airline Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, providing assistance with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and travel inquiries. You will handle customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticket pricing, and policies.
