This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues from clients in the telecommunication industry. Responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers, managing customer interactions in English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
Experience or knowledge in Customer Service and the ability to effectively address customer queries
Skills in English Teaching or Training are beneficial
Familiarity with Translation or multilingual communication is a plus
Ability to work in an on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt
Demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability to resolve customer needs efficiently
