Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Airline Customer Service role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves assisting customers with flight-related inquiries, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer journey. Daily responsibilities include providing accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies, as well as addressing customer needs both in-person and via phone or digital communication channels.
