Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Teleperformance in 5th Settlement Cairo, Egypt. as an airline travel advisor you will handle customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is a must (B1+/B2)
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts setup (maximum 2 AM for females)
